Approved by the State Council, the China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF) is a non-profit exhibition that aims to build a platform for SMEs from both home and abroad to increase their understanding, strengthen cooperation, expand exchanges, and find common developments for China’s SMEs and their foreign counterparts.

The UFI-approved event is now a fair of the highest level, largest scale, and with the widest-ranging influence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, the CISMEF is held every autumn in Guangzhou, South China’s Guangdong province, and has been successfully held 16 time since its establishment in 2004.

Each session of the CISMEF includes an exhibition area of more than 100,000 square meters, upon which no fewer than 1,000 booths with an area of more than 20,000 square meters are reserved for overseas enterprises. Every year, approximately 200,000 people attend the fair.
