Sanya International Cultural Industry Fair

The 7th Sanya International Cultural Industries Fair will be held from Dec 23 to Dec 26, 2022, in Sanya, South China’s Hainan province.

The Sanya International Cultural Industry Fair is sponsored by the Hainan Publicity Department and the Hainan Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau, as well as the Sanya Commerce Bureau, and successfully showcases the charm of foreign cultures from different countries and regions all over the world.

The Sanya ICIF has garnered a strong reputation for its foreign exchanges, and has enhanced its international influence each year. It has greatly strengthened interactions between Sanya and other countries, as well as with regions along the Belt and Road. It has also promoted multicultural exchanges at both home and abroad.

The fifth Sanya ICIF kicked off on Dec 25, 2020, in the tropical city of Sanya, bringing together cultural enterprises from 40 countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as from 20 domestic provinces and cities, to showcase their cultural and tourism products.

This exhibition was not only a festival of cultural exchanges, but also generated fruitful practical results. The total value of signed contracts and projects with signed statements of intention hit 2.26 billion yuan ($350 million), with thirty-six domestic and foreign cultural companies expected to settle in the city of Sanya.

The 6th Sanya International Cultural Industries Fair will be held from Dec 24 to Dec 27, 2021, in Sanya, South China’s Hainan province.
