The World Internet of Things Exposition 2021 will be held from October 22 to 25 in Wuxi, Jiangsu province.

Since 2016, the World Internet of Things Exposition (WIOT) has been held annually in Wuxi, Jiangsu province.

Jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the people’s government of Jiangsu province, the WIOT Expo is the largest and most high-level national expo in the field of the Internet of Things.

WIOT 2019 took place from Sept 7 to 10, 2019. The four-day expo attracted a total of 195,710 visitors, surpassing the 2018 total of 189,000. A total of 542 companies from 30 countries and regions attended the expo; of these, 37 were Fortune 500 companies.

A total of 47 important projects and 12 bilateral or multilateral cooperation agreements were signed at the expo in 2018. The investment volume reached totaled 200 billion yuan ($28.58 billion).
