Jilin promotes entrepreneurial service environment

Jing Junhai, Jilin's Party secretary, gives a speech on April 8 encouraging college and university graduates to find employment in Northeast China's Jilin province. According to Jing, Jilin is an important old industrial base and commodity grain base.
