Ningxia's spectacular scenery shines in photo show

A photo exhibition titled Magical Ningxia, the Hometown of Stars opened at the China Millennium Monument in Beijing on Tuesday, as part of the activities during Photo Beijing 2020.

The exhibition, focusing on the five themes of Liupan Mountain, Helan Mountain, the Great Wall, the Yellow River and the desert, presents the natural scenery and local customs of Ningxia Hui autonomous region through more than 100 photographic works on display.

During the launch ceremony, the top 10 tourist destinations for viewing stars in Ningxia were unveiled. These places include Helanshan National Forest Park, the scenic spot of the Red Army's Long March on Liupan Mountain, the Tengri Jinshahai tourist resort and Haba Lake.

The exhibition is hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Ningxia Hui autonomous region, the organizing committee of Photo Beijing, and China Artistic Photography Society.
