First private aviation museum in Xi'an opens its doors

The Xi'an Yunzhiyi Aviation Museum-Xi'an's first private aviation museum, has officially opened to the public.

Located in Jixian Industrial Park in Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ), Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, Xi'an Yunzhiyi Aviation Museum is an ideal destination for aviation enthusiasts. It covers an area of more than 11.33 hectares, with an exhibition area of more than 1,000 square meters and over 300 exhibits.

The museum includes multi-functional areas such as the national defense aviation exhibition hall and the real plane self-driving flight experience area. There are displays of collections themed around aviation history; the museum is designed around the purposes of viewing, science popularization, and experience.

The museum also exhibits many historically significant real machines and replica models, as well as hundreds of precious real aerospace objects and documents.

Also, a large number of interactive experiential devices in the museum allow visitors to get to grips with professional aviation knowledge on a practical level.

The museum will enrich XHTZ's museum offering, helping the zone to build a base for national education, popularizing military knowledge and promoting the integration of culture and tourism in XHTZ.
