Zhangjiagang in East China’s Jiangsu province will open six A-level tourist attractions to Chinese medical workers for free in 2020 after their reopening, local media reported Feb 18.

Five scenic areas – Jiyang Lake Ecotourism Area, Yonglian Tourism Area, Xiangshan Scenic Area, Fenghuang Mountain Scenic Area and Changyinsha Ecological Agriculture Scenic Area – will be free to medical workers from across the country, while Qicai Lotus Garden will only open to medical workers in Zhangjiagang.

Yonglian Tourism Area and Qicai Lotus Garden will also be free to workers' spouses and children.

According to an announcement from Jiyang Lake Ecotourism Area, medical workers who have aided Hubei province, the epicenter of the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, can take their families, if they provide their ID cards, vocational certificates and proof of working in Hubei.
