Deloitte sets up innovation center in Greater Bay Area

Following many international giants, such as Airbus and Merck & Co Inc, the world's largest professional services firm Deloitte also set up its innovation center in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area on Thursday, Oct 10.

The Deloitte Greater Bay Area Center, which is located in Shenzhen, covers 1,266 square meters with various innovation spaces and advanced facilities, providing innovation support and resources for entrepreneurs and talent in the zone.

At the opening ceremony, Deloitte also signed several strategic cooperation memorandums with China Resources Institute of Science and Technology, HKUST Blue Bay Incubator, Green Pine Capital Partners, the Hong Kong Financial Services Institute, and Techcode.

In addition, it also jointly founded an open banking innovation lab with Shenzhen-based WeBank, China's first digital-based bank.
