Chengde Central Hospital

Chengde Central Hospital was founded in 1952. Since then, it has developed into a comprehensive 3A-grade hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and healthcare.

The hospital has a floor area of 80,000 square meters, with total assets of 1.2 billion yuan (170.11 million) and 922 patient beds. It has 35 pieces of medical equipment valued at more than 1 million yuan and 345 pieces of medical equipment valued at more than 100,000 yuan. In 2017, it served more than 764,300 outpatient patients, discharged 27,600 patients, operated on 20,000 patients, and the success rate of critical patients was 90.5 percent.
