Anhui Women and Child Health Care Hospital

Set up in 1951, Anhui Women and Child Health Care Hospital is a 3A-grade hospital offering medical treatment, teaching and training, scientific research and healthcare.

Covering a building area of 350,000 square meters, the hospital has five branches with 1,450 inpatient beds and more than 1,300 staff members. In 2017, the hospital's outpatient numbers exceeded 1.2 million person-times, while the annual number of childbearing reached 30,000.

In recent years, the hospital paid much attention to discipline construction and scientific research. Its traditional Chinese medicine department was listed as one of the key national specialties, and the hospital has led the province in neonatology, medical ultrasound, gynecology, reproductive medicine and pediatric surgery.
