Henan Provincial People's Hospital

With a history of 115 years, Henan Provincial People's Hospital was rated as one of China's first 3A-grade hospitals in 1993. Situated in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan province, the hospital serves the people with "kindheartedness, erudition, precision and excellence".

Formerly known as Kaifeng's "Gospel hospital", as it was founded by the Chinese Christian Association in 1904, the hospital got its current name in 1950, and five years later it moved to Zhengzhou. In 2012, the hospital was determined to be "jointly built by the ministry and the province". It was included in the top 100 of China's best hospitals in 2017.

Focusing on the development of characteristic disciplines, the hospital is working on 11 projects for national key clinical specialties, and 24 Henan key medical disciplines.

Blessed with outstanding medical talents, including 1,032 professors holding senior academic titles, 478 doctors and 1,920 masters, 10 distinguished academicians, and 36 professors enjoying the special allowance awarded by the State Council, the hospital has received a series of national and regional titles.
