Changchun Water Culture Ecological Garden is an ecological park with the theme of "water culture". Its predecessor is Changchun No 1 water treatment plant, which was established in 1932.

The garden has been open to the public for free since October 2018. It has unique advantages of integrating elements of history, culture, and ecology, and has become a new landmark of urban culture in Changchun.

Changchun Water Culture Ecological Garden is a park in the style of industrial relic protection and renovation, one of its biggest advantages lies in the original ecological green space covering more than 300,000 sq m, with more than 100 kinds of ligneous and herbaceous plants, and has shaped a complete ecological community.
