Alpine meadow camping festival held in Jilin’s Baishan

The 2019 China Changbai Alpine Meadow Camping Festival was held in Changbai Korean autonomous county in Baishan city, Northeast China’s Jilin province, from June 22 to 23.

During the festival, more than 5,000 people –– including media workers –– took part in activities such as rally car races, climbing and camping activities, campfire parties, outdoor barbecues, and stargazing.

The event was hosted by the Baishan and Changbai culture and tourism departments and was aimed at promoting the culture of China’s Korean ethnic group and local tourist attractions.
