Sanya's first police helicopter starts air patrol

Sanya's first police helicopter completed its maiden flight at the police checkpoint of Yalong Bay on June 3, marking that Sanya's police affairs has expanded from the ground to the air.

The seven-seat helicopter is red and emblazoned with the words "Sanya Public Security". According to a police officer from the Sanya public security bureau, it will be used for air police patrol, large-scale activity security, as well as air command and rescue missions.

As Sanya is in a period of rapid development, the application of a police helicopter will enhance people's sense of security, increase Sanya police's quick response to emergencies, and further improve the city's stereoscopic public security prevention and control system.

Three other police helicopters will be used in Sanya within half a year.
