Tea Road Culture, Tourism Expo to be held in Ulaanqab

According to an announcement by the Information Office of the People's Government of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region at a press conference held in Hohhot, capital of the region, the Tea Road Culture and Tourism Expo will be held in Ulaanqab from June 23 to 27.

The event will exhibit the cross-border tourism resources of China, Russia, and Mongolia.

Local authorities in Inner Mongolia expressed hope that the Tea Road exchange system would help build a better platform for tourism cooperation, promote the international tourism products of the Tea Road throughout China, Russia, and Mongolia, integrate tourism resources, image packaging, publicity and marketing, and promote regional cooperation between China, Russia and Mongolia in a number of fields.

According to the press conference, a tourism exhibition themed around the Tea Road will be held during the exposition. Many exhibitors and purchasers are expected to participate.

In addition, some exhibitions will utilize advanced technology to create interactive experience zones. Visitors will be able to experience traditional Chinese, Russian, and Mongolian costumes by participating in a variety of games, and also learn some proverbial words from the three countries,
