The Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, the venue for the annual CAEXPO, was expanded in 2014, with the total exhibition area reaching 100,000 sq m upon completion of the center's renovations in 2018.

The Guangxi Cultural and Art Center is a full-featured site of cultural activities with the largest scale and optimal equipment. It opened to the public in January 2018, a tribute project to the 60th anniversary of the founding of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. The design was inspired by the unique karst mountains in Guangxi, an iconic feature of the region's landscape.

The Nanning China Resources Tower acts as both the literal and symbolic anchor for a larger master plan of development that includes retail, residential and commercial projects along Minzu Avenue. It is also the primary east-west artery for the city's future expansion, which will establish a new standard for sustainability and sophisticated detail as it attracts international attention.
