Expats tour Suzhou New District

Roughly 100 expatriates in Suzhou visited Suzhou New District on May 11 to experience its profound history, exquisite embroidery works and beautiful landscape.

These expatriates visited the Suzhou Science & Technology Town Foreign Language School, Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology, Embroidery Museum and Chushan Ecological Park.

They are all very grateful for this valuable opportunity and here are some of the things they had to say after the tour.

The activity "See Suzhou in Foreign Eyes" is sponsored by the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology with the aim of helping foreigners in Suzhou better integrate into local culture.

In recent years, Suzhou New District has ramped up efforts to improve the working and living environment for foreign experts. As of now the district has introduced 232 foreign experts of national, provincial and municipal talent projects.
