The platform provides one-on-one agricultural technology services for farmers and herdsmen to help solve problems related to cultivation, breeding, pests, diseases, and other agricultural and livestock issues. The platform is available anywhere at any time.

Users just need to take a photo with their mobile phone and the service platform in WeChat will analyze and describe the crop in detail. The service has a more than 98 percent accuracy rate.

The platform currently has a total of 176 experts in agriculture and animal husbandry, 159 technical achievements, and 360 knowledge centers, covering nearly all aspects of agricultural and livestock production
