South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region set up two Belt and Road lanes for fast-track entry and exit at Dongxing Border Port and Friendship Pass on April 28, offering fast and convenient clearance services for countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.

The Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing from April 25 to 27, and discussed the ways in which the BRI was building a brighter future for its member countries and regions.

The new designated BRI roads are a visible symbol of cooperation achieved through the initiative, and China plans to offer fast-track entry and exit at 12 airports and six land border crossings to promote international development.

Guangxi Pingxiang's Friendship Pass, one of the main routes for people traveling from China to Vietnam, set up an information sharing mechanism with joint inspection units, as well as organizing a comprehensive tracking system to provide faster customs clearance and more convenient services for transit passengers and goods.
