Fuhua Hotel

The Farrington, or Fuhua Hotel, was founded in April 1995 and was one of the earliest five-star commercial and tourist hotels in Shandong province.

The hotel covers an overall area of 6.4 hectares and has a combined floor area of 88,000 square kilometers. Its main building has 227 five-star rooms and the Fuhua International Convention Center has 332 ones. More than 30 variously sized conference rooms, two bars, indoor swimming pools, fitness, table tennis and snooker rooms are there for the enjoyment of guests. Six restaurants in the hotel offer authentic local food from different regions of the country.

The hotel also boasts a beautiful environment and enjoys convenient transport due to its location near Fuhua Amusement Park and the Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway.

The hotel is the only five-star foreign-oriented tourist hotel in Weifang city that is State-owned. It has received many important domestic and foreign guests, such as former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin, former premier Zhu Rongji and Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad. It has also hosted many colorful activities, such as the Weifang International Kite Festival.
