Bo'ao Duty Free Shop, operated by Hainan Duty-free Co, is a travel retail business shop that integrates duty-free shopping, taxable shopping, dining and entertainment, and cultural displays.

Covering an area of 4,200 square meters, the shop has become a new landmark and tourist destination of Bo'ao town. Tourists can find some of the most popular international brands, including Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Shiseido, Givenchy, and Sulwhasoo.

Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex is gathers nearly 300 international renowned brands in the 120,000 sq m floor area.

It has the largest area for perfumes and cosmetics among similar types of shops in the Asian-Pacific region. Some top-level international brands became duty-free in China for the first time, encompassing Armani Makeup, Burberry Makeup, Cosme Decorte, Prada, MiuMiu, G. Armani, Dolce Gabbana, Burberry Kids, Balenciaga, Chloe, Rolex, Tudor, JLC and IWC.

The three-floor store is divided into A and B zones with a corridor connecting each other on the top level. Zone A sells perfumes, cosmetics, luxury brands, local products, and exclusive shops including an Australian shop, Russian shop and China Gold. In Zone B, consumers can find top-level watch brands, glasses, fashionable boutique stores, health products, children's clothing, and a food plaza.

The outlet is only 30 minutes away from downtown Sanya. The building is decorated as a beautiful "Begonia flower" blooming on the blue coastline, and is both Sanya's new landmark and a distinctive travel retail destination of Hainan Island.
