Danzhou Folk Song Festival
The Danzhou Folk Song Festival is a wonderful cultural event. Held in the autumn, the festival is celebrated at the national 5A level Sanya Dongtian Park, which was also known as "the end of the earth" in ancient China.
Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy dance performances, eat moon cakes, take part in folk lantern shows, and learn to sing mountain songs under the moonlight.

Nanshan Longevity Festival
Living in Hainan is great for health and Hainan residents live some of the longest lives in the world. The Nanshan Longevity Festival, held at Sanya's Nanshan Temple, honors the province's oldest men and women.
At the festival, photos of the elderly are put on display, awards are given to the oldest living people in Hainan, and those over 100 years old take part in mountain hiking. There are seminars on longevity and contests with games, prizes, and valuable longevity secrets for participating tourists.
