Founded in 1951, the Chifeng Municipal Hospital is a comprehensive hospital in Chifeng, in southeastern part of Inner Mongolia autonomous region. It is affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical University.

The hospital covers 50,000 square meters with a construction area of 140,000 sq m, and mainly provides medical services for nearly five million local residents. It has 2,351 staff members with 17 holding a doctoral degree. It provides 2,000 inpatient beds.

The hospital currently has 34 clinical specialties, 45 wards, 20 medical departments and 22 administrative departments. Anesthesiology is a key specialty of the hospital recognized by the regional government. Other specialties, including neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, and pediatrics, are municipal-level key specialties.

The hospital has also maintained partnerships with multiple hospitals in Beijing, including Xianwu Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, and Peking University Third Hospital.
