Round Hainan Regatta

Founded in 2010 on Hainan Island, the Round Hainan Regatta has already been held in March nine times since under the guidance of the General Administration of Sport.

Sponsored by the Hainan Provincial People's Government, the annual international event is a key sporting competition jointly supported by nine governmental departments. Enjoying the honor of "China's First Offshore Regatta," it has developed into a State-level event with the longest sea route in China.

The Hainan (Sanya) International Marathon, a non-professional competition, uses the theme "Run with Sanya" to attract more foreign visitors.

Combining various elements, including sports, tourism, and healthcare, the event aims to be a universal sports feast with Sanya characteristics, offering visitors a chance to experience the distinctive tropical scenery of the city.
