Established in 1965, Huizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital is the only 3A-grade Chinese medicine hospital in Huizhou, Guangdong province. It is a subsidiary hospital of Southern Medical University. The hospital consists of the Dongjiang New Town Branch and Linghu Branch. The hospital covers 82,000 square meters, with a construction area of 80,000 sq m.

The hospital has 800 beds and 794 employees, including 126 senior titles, three medical doctors, 71 masters, and nine provincial and municipal TCM physicians.

The hospital has 25 clinical departments and 10 medical technology departments. Among them, there are seven provincial key specialties, seven municipal key specialties, and nine TCM inheritance studios.
