Huanjiang enlivened with Sanyuesan celebrations

Delights for all five senses have been laid out throughout Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county, as tourists joined local residents to celebrate the traditional Sanyuesan Festival.

The Huanjiang Water Sport Center was animated with a cultural performance featuring folk songs, ethnic crafts, and noticeably an eclectic mix of drum performances by the Maonan, Miao, Yao, and Zhuang ethnic groups.

Elsewhere, homegrown bands and star singers such as Liang Zhaojiang brought high energy and sensual thrillers to the Huanjiang Karst World Music Festival.

Students of Huanjiang No 2 Primary School were treated to culinary delicacies, such as five-color glutinous rice, sushi, and more.

A photo contest, an e-commerce shopping festival, tourism activities, and sport events were also held to promote the county's culture and drive up its economy.
