Moheertu National Wetland Park

Moheertu National Wetland Park is located in the western part of the Greater Hinggan Mountains in Ewenki Autonomous Banner, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. It is 78 kilometers from Hailaar district, Hulunbuir.

The park was approved to be built by the State Forestry Administration at the end of 2015 with a planned area of 10,129 hectares, composed of a conservation area, sightseeing area, and service area. The forest coverage ratio is up to 24.3 percent. 

The wetland park contains a great diversity of wetlands, including lakes, streams, and swamps, and is a recommended place to visit to get in close touch with nature.
