18 orphans with disability treated in Changsha, China's Hunan

A total of 18 orphans with disability were treated in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine on Friday under the "Tomorrow Plan", a national project funded by the Ministry of Civil Affairs that began in 2004, which aims to offer free medical treatments for disabled orphans aged zero to 18 in the country.
