Middle School Affiliated to Northwest University

The Middle School Affiliated to Northwest University has more than 160 faculty members. About 40 percent of them are teachers with master’s degree, and 50 percent are special teachers and senior teachers. Many of them have been apprised as provincial, municipal and district teaching experts, backbone teachers and subject leaders. They have won special and first prizes in national and provincial teaching competitions and activities.

The school is located in the teaching area of Taoyuan campus of Northwest University, with complete teaching facilities and advanced instruments and equipment. It holds a classic reading festival, a choral art festival, a sports culture festival and a science and technology innovation festival every year. There are all kinds of student clubs, such as reading clubs, lecture groups, drama clubs, animation clubs, and fencing teams.

It focuses on cultivating students’ world vision and international horizons. School teachers and students have traveled to the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore and other countries and regions for visits and exchanges. It has established exchanges and cooperation relations with Chunchon Girls High School of Korea and other foreign schools, and conducts regular exchanges that promote development.
