Sino-microelectronics Co Ltd (华微电子), established in 2001, is a national high-tech enterprise with total assets of 4 billion yuan ($595.91 million) and covers an area of 400,000 square meters.
Its businesses include the R&D of power semiconductor devices, chip processing, package testing, and product marketing. It ranks first at China's top 10 power semiconductor devices enterprises voted by the semiconductor industry association in 2018.
