Pujiang Hi-tech Park

Caohejing Pujiang Hi-tech Park, founded in 2004, serves as a core part of Caohejing Development Zone and enjoys the same preferential policies.

Covering an area of 10.7 square kilometers in Pujiang county, Minhang district, the high-tech park consists of three functional zones for export processing, high-tech industries, and commercial and residential facilities. Based on electronic information and supported by modern service industry, the park features four key industries: biological medicine, automobile R&D, new material and clean energy.

To date, the park has attracted many renowned enterprises and institutes, such as 3M, Covidien, Alstom, Inventec and Schneider Electric.

The park's major financial indexes, including sales revenue, industrial output and export-import volume, contributed to more than half of the total of Caohejing Development Zone, while its share of advanced manufacturing sector accounts for one fourth of that of Minhang district.
