Incubator helps realize hi-tech dreams

Zheng Fang Cloud Creative Park, yet another industrial incubation base, has opened in Zhuhai's central business district. The park is mostly oriented toward high-tech and high value-added projects, providing them with R&D, office, and commercial services.

According to a manager, the park is a joint effort between a subsidiary of Xiangzhou Zhengfang Holdings and the Xiangzhou Investment Promotion Bureau. Its goal is to attract and support projects involving software, information technology, engineering design, animation design, and cultural communications.

The park is situated in the Kingsoft Software Edifice, which has recently been upgraded. It covers an area of 5,512 sq m, with a total floor space of 22,624 sq m spread across 17 floors. There is also a two-story underground parking lot.

Next to a major city thoroughfare, the park is well-connected to the city center through public transit and is also located near Jiuzhou Port. It is about an hour boat ride from Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Companies that have already begun operating in the park include Tsinghua Innovation Incubator, Zhuhai Hotdoor Technology, and a subsidiary of Gree Electric Appliances.

Zheng Fang Cloud Creative Park is strategically situated in Zhuhai's central business district.

The park is easily accessible and near Jiuzhou Port.
