II. Major tasks of legal publicity and education

First, studying, publicizing and implementing the spirits of the important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping, especially those on the rule of law.

Second, focusing on studying and publicizing the Constitution to firmly establish the authority of the Constitution.

Third, publicizing the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting the awareness of the rule of law in the whole society.

Fourth, studying and publicizing the Party regulations and educating Party members to abide by state laws and the Party's constitution, rules and disciplines.

Fifth, focusing on the key groups of public cadres and adolescents and continuously promoting the popularization of law among all citizens.

Sixth, strengthening the construction of the socialist rule of law culture and giving full play to the guiding and nurturing role the rule of law culture.

Seventh, carrying out administration in accordance with the law in a multi-level and multi-area manner and constantly improving the level of the rule of law in administration.
