The first Public Private Partnership (PPP) toll road in Inner Mongolia opened to traffic in Chifeng, a city in Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Nov 23.

The project, with a total length of 118 kilometers, started construction in 2016 at Chinfeng's Ar Horchqin Banner.

It is the first PPP toll road project in Inner Mongolia, and its completion further improves the ease of getting to Chifen, a city of great significance to the economic and social development in the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
