Jilin's civil aviation: 40 years of development

Over 100 guests and journalists gathered at the airport to take a look back at the development of Jilin's civil aviation industry over the past four decades and help usher in a new era of progress.

Three generations of pilots, maintenance staff and flight attendants for China Southern Airlines shared their experiences to event audiences.

Fifteen flight attendants showcased the uniforms they wore in different periods of the company's history. The constantly changing uniforms serve as a symbol of the airlines never-ending development.

China Southern Airlines now has a fleet of over 800 aircraft, making it the largest carrier in Asia and the third-largest airline in the world.
