Changchun offers one-stop social security services

Changchun citizens can now enjoy highly efficient social security services in the Social Insurance Administration of Changchun following the city's initiative to upgrade its government services two years ago.

The administration has spared people from running errands to service windows for fourteen different services and offered one-stop services for 63 items. Citizens of the capital city of Jilin province can check out the details on the official website of the Social Insurance Administration of Changchun (http://ccshbx.changchun.gov.cn) and via the official WeChat account of the administration.

According to the administration, the service halls are also now equipped with a number of modern facilities that can assist government officers' works. The self-service machine, for example, can show personal information and print certificates for citizens.
