Deals for cooperation in aviation, air transport, cross border e-commerce, energy-saving, environmental protection, manufacturing, and mining endeavors were made by nine unnamed companies at the 12th China-Latin American & Caribbean Countries (China-LAC) Business Summit.

Another 56 partnership agreements or intentions were signed between China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) members and parties from Hispanic countries. As with other outcomes of the Nov 1-2 event in Zhuhai, they are expected to sustain bilateral partnership relationships.

Moreover, the Zhuhai Manifesto for China-LAC Trade Promotion Agencies was released. The "Zhuhai Declaration" promotes policy coordination, connectivity of infrastructure and facilities, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and strengthened people-to-people ties. It opposes unilateralism and trade protectionism, promotes China-LAC trade and investment facilitation, and builds up more-effective Sino-LAC business cooperation.

Participating at the 20,000-sq-m (4.9-acre) China-LAC Trade Exhibition were 421 organizations where matchmakings generated 2,300 possible business opportunities.

More than 2,000 guests included 600 foreign representatives from 44 countries and regions. And, CCPIT sub-councils of Shanxi, Jilin, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan, Xinjiang, Xi'an, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai were met by 41 trade and investment promotion agencies and business associations from 24 Latino countries.

During the summit, a dedicated website for China-Latin America economic and trade cooperation, and China-LAC Cross-border E-commerce Cooperation Platform were inaugurated.

Furthermore, a new company, China-Latin America Aviation Holdings, was unveiled.
