Changsha county launches online approval service for new businesses

Changsha county was formally approved as one of the 53 pilot units in the nation by the State Administration for Market Regulation and will now set up an online approval system for new enterprises.

The online approval system enables people who want to start a business to handle necessary steps, such as enterprise registration, seal making, invoice application, employment and insurance, online.

Changsha county has promoted reform in business registration in recent years. In order to reduce the start-up time of enterprises, the county has simplified the process of enterprise start-up into three steps: enterprise registration, seal engraving and invoice application. The new system will reduce the processing time to less than two days by initiating information sharing, parallel processing, and time-limited completion at one business startup window.

Intelligent online approval services will help enterprise registration in many ways, such as employing an electronic system, an electronic business license system, an identity authentication platform for enterprises and more. The Internet Plus market regulation will be able to provide a more convenient service and more unimpeded information.

Next, Changsha county will launch a one-stop platform for bank account permits, employment registration, employee insurance registration, and more. It will also manage the application materials and follow-up filing materials, as well as real-name authentication on the net.
