The new building of Jing'an District Culture Center boasts a modern and fashionable design.

It not only offers the traditional functions of a culture center such as hosting cultural activities, but also gives visitors a modern artistic experience.  

Covering a floor area of 16,800 square meters, the center houses theaters, exhibition halls, film and television halls, multifunction rooms, spaces for pingtan (an age-old type of storytelling and ballad singing) and rooms for performances, rehearsals and training.
