Guo Ruimin

Male, Han ethic group, born in August 1962, Yanjin, Henan Province, joined the work force in August 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984, graduate degree.

Guo is currently the vice-governor of Guizhou Province, responsible for public security, national security, justice, industry and commerce, quality and technical supervision, civil air defense, maintenance of social stability, and production safety. He is obviously devoted to the construction of the Party and an honest and clean government.

He presides over the Provincial Public Security Department, the Provincial Justice Department, Provincial Industry and Commerce Bureau, Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Provincial Civil Air Defense Office (Provincial Traffic and War Preparation Office), Provincial Prison Bureau and the Provincial Administration Bureau of Drug Abuse.

He is the liaison for the army and the armed police, the Provincial Bureau of letters and visits (provincial Party committee group, provincial group center), and the provincial Security Department.
