Tao Changhai, vice-governor of Guizhou province

Male, Han ethic group, born in July 1963, Chongqing, joined the work force in August 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985, received a graduate degree from the municipal Party school and has an MBA in senior management.

Tao is currently the vice-governor of Guizhou Province, responsible for industry and information technology, transportation, energy, supervision of state-owned assets, private economic development, and production safety. Like all Party members, he is devoted to the construction of the Party and an honest and clean government.

He is in charge of the Provincial Economy and Information Commission, the Provincial Transportation Department, the Provincial SASAC, the Provincial Energy Bureau, the Provincial Railway Construction office, the Provincial Private Economic Development Bureau, the Provincial Geological and Mining Bureau, the Provincial Coal Geological Bureau, the Provincial Non-ferrous and Nuclear Industrial Geological Bureau.

He is liaison for the provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Earthquake Bureau, the Civil Aviation Guizhou Security Supervision Bureau, the Provincial Reserve Materials Administration, the Provincial Communications Administration, the Provincial Postal Administration Bureau, the State Energy Administration Guizhou Supervision Office, Chengdu Bureau Group Guiyang Railway Office, Guizhou branch of China Telecom, Guizhou branch of China Mobile, and Guizhou branch of China Unicom.
