Lu Yongzheng, vice-governor of Guizhou province

Male, Han ethic group, born in September 1967, Yiyang, Hunan Province, joined the work force in July 1989, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1986, received an on-the-job graduate degree and law degree.

Lu is currently the vice-governor of Guizhou Province and is responsible for the province’s opening up, investment attraction, foreign trade and economic cooperation, construction and management of development zones and comprehensive protection zones, human resources and social security, culture, tourism development and management, and is specially assigned to ensuring the service and security of the Guiyang International Forum on Ecological Civilization, production safety in the region. He is devoted to the construction of the Party and an honest and clean government.

He is in charge of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Commerce (Provincial Government Port Office), the Provincial Department of Culture, the Provincial Tourism Development Committee, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office (Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office), the Provincial Civil Service Bureau, the Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau, the Provincial Government Taiwan Affairs Office, Guizhou Administrative College, the Provincial Trade Promotion Council (Provincial Expo Bureau), the Provincial Government Office in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

He is responsible for the united front work and is the liaison for the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art, the Provincial Federation of overseas Chinese, the Provincial Federation of Taiwan Affairs, the Provincial Association of writers and Guiyang customs.
