
Li Zaiyong, vice-governor of Guizhou province
Male, Gelao ethic group, born in August 1962, Wuchuan, Guizhou Province, joined the work force in August 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in April 1984, received his graduate degree in the Central Party School.
Li is currently the vice-governor of Guizhou Province and is responsible for the routine work of the provincial government, development and reform, large data, ecological civilization construction, civil-military integration, land and resources, environmental protection, finance, taxation, production safety, statistics, regional economic cooperation, open government affairs, organ affairs management, and matters relating to Gui’an New Area. He also assists the provincial governor in organization compilation, finance and auditing, ad he in charge of the service guarantee of Guiyang International Forum on Ecological Civilization and China International Big Data Industry Exposition. He is devoted to the construction of the Party and an honest and clean government.
He is in charge of Gui’an New Area, the Provincial Government Office (Provincial Government Research Office), Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Provincial Land and Resources Office, Provincial Environmental Protection Department, Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau (Guizhou Coal Supervision), Provincial Statistical Bureau, Provincial Authority Affairs Bureau, Provincial Big Data Administration Bureau, Provincial Development Research Center, Provincial Government Finance Office, Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives Association, and Guizhou Bank.
