Thirteen public service centers and one government service center have been uniformly designed and decorated in the capital city of Jilin province since the end of May.

Chen He, a Changchun resident, was impressed by the warm receptions, organized work processes and modern facilities in the government service hall. "The government officers helped me the whole way through the registration of my elderly preferential card. Everything has been improved!" said Chen.

The project has been ongoing for more than two years. About 16 government service centers and 179 sub-district public service centers have been opened to offer standardized services to citizens.
