3. Jingshi Bookmall

Built in 1993, Jingshi Bookmall is affiliated with the Fudan University Press. The store was renovated in 2015, adding modern features such as floor-to-ceiling glass windows to improve lighting.

In the center of the bookmall stands a swirling ladder composed of dozens of books, reminding visitors of the old Chinese saying that "there is a road in book mountain."
