As an important part of the modern service industry, the human resources service industry plays a vital role in optimizing the allocation of talents and promoting economic development.

Statistics from the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Jiangsu province show that more than 5,800 human resources service organizations operate in Jiangsu, with nearly 100,000 employees. The annual operation revenue exceeded 130 billion yuan ($18.84 billion), accounting for 10 percent of the country's total.

The human resources service industry in Jiangsu has bright prospects for development along with the provincial government’s supportive strategies and policies.

Jiangsu launched an action plan for the human resources service industry this year. The plan aims to cultivate key enterprises with international competitiveness, to build a batch of influential human resources service industrial parks, and to promote the integrated development of the human resources service industry and the internet as well as innovative technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

Xu Su'an, president of Jiangsu Leader Human Resources Co Ltd, was full of confidence in the human resources service industry. "The human resources service enterprises can win more customers through a professional and market-oriented business model as well as offering service products of high value," he said.
