Nanjing Forest Police College

Nanjing Forest Police College is in the charge of the State Forestry Administration and was jointly established by the administration and the Ministry of Public Security. It's the only school in China that cultivates talents in forest public security and forest fire prevention and control. It also offers on-the-job training to forest policemen and forest fire control commander.

The school covers an area of 76.2 hectares and has two campuses in Xianlin and Huayuan road. The Xianlin campus has advanced teaching, scientific research and drilling facilities and offers undergraduate and junior college education programs. The Huayuan campus mainly engages in training and continuing education to forest policemen and forest fire control commander.

The college focuses on forestry science and strives to transform itself into a national education and drilling facility for forest public security and fire control. It has paid great attention to academic exchanges with the outside. The college has established relations with forest organs in the US, Russia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, Singapore and Vietnam, as well as China's Taiwan and Hong Kong.
