Hohhot signs cooperation agreement with Beijing Capital

The signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation framework agreement between the municipal government of Hohhot and Beijing Capital Group was held in Hohhot, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on April 27.

Feng Yuzhen, mayor of Hohhot, Zhou Qiang, vice-mayor of Hohhot and Li Songping, general manager of Beijing Capital Group attended the ceremony.

Zhang Guoping, director of Hohhot major project office held talks with Li Songping before the ceremony.

“Hohhot focuses on achieving a high-quality economy through upgrading traditional industries and accelerating the development of strategic emerging industry and service industry,” said Zhang. “I hope that this cooperation will promote the building of creative and green Hohhot, taking advantage of Hohhot's resources and location and Beijing Capital's capital and technologies in environmental protection and infrastructure.”

Li agreed with Zhang and determined that Beijing Capital Group would support Hohhot’s economic and social development in the areas of water supply, sewage treatment, water environmental governance, atmosphere governance, real estate and cultural creativity.
