Founded in 1984, Qingdao Hengda Group (青岛亨达股份有限公司) has developed into a large-scale private enterprise group in China, one of the largest leather shoe companies in China, and a vice-chairman unit of the China Leather Association.

Based on the four major brands of Humand, Adelina, Tolfoot, and Nailux, Hengda has established a multi-angled stereoscopic marketing network integrating self-employment, agency, alliance, and cooperation in the country, and actively studying from the Spanish ZARA, Swedish H & M and other international brands, its footwear industry also started the "fast fashion" model, formed a brand dominated by shoes, covering luggage, belts, jewellery and other multi-brand operation.
