Qingjian Group Co Ltd (青建集团股份公司) was established in 1952. The group is mainly engaged in domestic and international construction projects and investment, real estate development, capital management, logistics, and design consulting. 

In project contracting, Qingjian has completed numerous landmark buildings and significant projects, such as the 29th Olympic Sailing Center, the Qingdao Municipal Government Building，Liuting International Airport, the Qingdao International Conference Center, Qingdao Grand Theatre, the Qingdao Swimming and Diving Gym, and the Hyatt Regency, which have generated 21 Luban awards given for the highest level of constructional engineering quality in China; 14 National Quality Awards，seven Zhan Tianyou Awards, 40 National Customer Satisfaction Project Awards and more than 200 engineering project awards at or above provincial level. 

With nearly three decades of foreign involvement, Qingjian has developed the markets in more than 30 countries and regions throughout south-east Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.
